ACADS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,387 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3188, MIR6515, and TRAJ52. Each is linked with ACADS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADS-to-partner and partner-to-ACADS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3188 grouped by ACADS-low versus ACADS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
