ACADM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,615 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA, FNDC3B, and LRRC47. Each is linked with ACADM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADM-to-partner and partner-to-ACADM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADM versus NFIA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
