ACADM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,271 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL11A1, TRIM59, and TPM4. Each is linked with ACADM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADM-to-partner and partner-to-ACADM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADM versus COL11A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
