Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACADM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, TAS2R7, and IAPP. Each is linked with ACADM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADM-to-partner and partner-to-ACADM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXB1 grouped by ACADM-low versus ACADM-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
