ACAD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,634 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB7A, ZNF148, and RUVBL2. Each is linked with ACAD9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD9-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD9 versus RAB7A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
