Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,228 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACAD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTXR2, RAB8B, and UMPS. Each is linked with ACAD9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD9-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD9 versus ANTXR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
