ACAD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,497 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P32, NOCT, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with ACAD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD9-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P32 grouped by ACAD9-low versus ACAD9-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
