ACAA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,661 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, PTBP2, and NES. Each is linked with ACAA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAA2 versus SMAD4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
