ACAA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIAH2, MNAT1, and NOSTRIN. Each is linked with ACAA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAA2 versus SIAH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
