ACAA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,713 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLGA4, SPATS2, and PDCD6IP. Each is linked with ACAA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAA1 versus GOLGA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
