Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,369 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD13B, PRELID3A, and GOLGA4. Each is linked with ACAA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAA1 versus ANKRD13B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
