Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,350 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toll-like receptor TLR6:TLR2 signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor 8 signaling pathway, and Lysosome organization. Each is linked with ACAA1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA1 results are reported.
