ABRACL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRACL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,435 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRACL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPS1, PSME4, and CCT4. Each is linked with ABRACL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRACL-to-partner and partner-to-ABRACL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABRACL versus REPS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRACL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRACL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
