Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABRACL RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABRACL data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ABRACL RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABRACL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and READ show a favorable association.

ESCA, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where ABRACL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
