ABRACL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRACL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,169 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRACL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT6, HMGN3, and MTFR2. Each is linked with ABRACL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRACL-to-partner and partner-to-ABRACL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABRACL versus GALNT6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRACL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRACL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
