Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRACL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABRACL-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-5, MIR1298, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with ABRACL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRACL-to-partner and partner-to-ABRACL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-5 grouped by ABRACL-low versus ABRACL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRACL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRACL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
