Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABRACL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,342 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRACL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Pyroptotic inflammatory response, and Regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with ABRACL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRACL-to-partner and partner-to-ABRACL results are reported.
