ABRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,441 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAFB_S384, SND1_S645, and EIF4EBP2_S65. Each is linked with ABRA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRA-to-partner and partner-to-ABRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABRA versus SAFB_S384 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
