Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P3, RNU6-1150P, and BNIP3P31. Each is linked with ABRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRA-to-partner and partner-to-ABRA results are reported.
