Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Notch1, and YAP_pS127. Each is linked with ABRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRA-to-partner and partner-to-ABRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ABRA-low versus ABRA-high in SKCM.
