Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,133 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAMP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THRAP3_S746, TRIM28_S757, and URGCP. Each is linked with ABITRAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAMP1 results are reported.
