Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABITRAMP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABITRAMP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ABITRAMP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABITRAMP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

ESCA, DLBC, and READ are the cancer types where ABITRAMP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
