Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,106 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Oligosaccharide-lipid intermediate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ABITRAMP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAMP1 results are reported.
