ABITRAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6129, MIR6133, and MIR6763. Each is linked with ABITRAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAM-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6129 grouped by ABITRAM-low versus ABITRAM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABITRAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABITRAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
