Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABI3BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABI3BP data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ABI3BP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABI3BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LIHC, and THYM are the cancer types where ABI3BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
