ABI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, ABI2_S183, and ABI2_S196. Each is linked with ABI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI2-to-partner and partner-to-ABI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI2 versus RO60 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
