ABI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF12, OLFM1, and TRPC1. Each is linked with ABI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI2-to-partner and partner-to-ABI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI2 versus KLF12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
