ABI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with ABI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI2-to-partner and partner-to-ABI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by ABI2-low versus ABI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
