ABI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, MSGN1, and FAM71C. Each is linked with ABI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI2-to-partner and partner-to-ABI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by ABI2-low versus ABI2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
