ABI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,288 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL2, CYFIP1, and ABI1_S183. Each is linked with ABI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI1-to-partner and partner-to-ABI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI1 versus CUL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
