ABI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,267 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNY, YME1L1, and GLUD1. Each is linked with ABI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI1-to-partner and partner-to-ABI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI1 versus CCNY in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
