ABI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,885 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT4P1, RNA5SP271, and ABCD1P5. Each is linked with ABI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI1-to-partner and partner-to-ABI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNOT4P1 grouped by ABI1-low versus ABI1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
