Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,821 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein depolymerization, Regulation of Golgi organization, and Regulation of establishment of cell polarity. Each is linked with ABI1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI1-to-partner and partner-to-ABI1 results are reported.
