ABI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf90, ITIH6, and CPN1. Each is linked with ABI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI1-to-partner and partner-to-ABI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf90 grouped by ABI1-low versus ABI1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
