Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABHD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, NECAP1, and WIZ. Each is linked with ABHD8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD8-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD8 versus BRD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
