ABHD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,533 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMP4, TOP1, and PPP1R21. Each is linked with ABHD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD6-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD6 versus IMP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
