ABHD6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM2-IT1, H3C7, and ASAH1. Each is linked with ABHD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD6-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD6 versus SMIM2-IT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
