ABHD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, DOP1B, and ZC3HAV1. Each is linked with ABHD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD3 versus SMC4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
