Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD17AP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD17AP6 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ABHD17AP6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17AP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UCS show a favorable association.

ESCA, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where ABHD17AP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
