ABHD15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,781 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, SEC61B, and ERMP1. Each is linked with ABHD15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD15-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD15 versus RNASEH2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
