Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABHD15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,607 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein oligomerization, Adipose tissue development, and Response to epidermal growth factor. Each is linked with ABHD15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD15-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD15 results are reported.
