The most reproducible ABHD15-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Negative regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with ABHD15-AS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD15-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD15-AS1 results are reported.
