Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD15-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD15-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ABHD15-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD15-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and PCPG are the cancer types where ABHD15-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
