Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABHD13 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ABHD13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where ABHD13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
