ABHD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,397 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, ARHGEF7, and TPP2. Each is linked with ABHD13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD13-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD13 versus NAXD in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
