ABHD13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,378 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTXR2, SIGLEC7, and PMEL. Each is linked with ABHD13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD13-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD13 versus ANTXR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
