Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD12B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD12B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ABHD12B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD12B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and KIRP show a favorable association.

COAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ABHD12B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
