Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,348 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABHD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, RPN2, and MCM8. Each is linked with ABHD12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD12-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD12 versus GINS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
