Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MSH2, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ABHD12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD12-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD12 results are reported.
