Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABHD10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ABHD10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where ABHD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
